Dinner: Low Carb Pork Satay

I cooked roast shoulder of pork at the weekend. Apart from it being really delicious at the time, it has the added benefit of providing a lot of leftovers, so making the following days dinner very handy.

Here I made a low carb satay sauce, heated the pork and served with non starchy veg. This would work just as well with leftover chicken.
